PRIVACY
Your generated profiles stay in your browser.
Effective September 21, 2026. This notice describes how the MockDataKit MVP handles generated data, service information, analytics, and contact messages.
Generated data
Profile generation, field selection, formatting, copying, and downloads happen on your device. MockDataKit does not currently store generated profiles in an application database.
Service information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information—such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security events—to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the synthetic records you generate.
Cookies and analytics
MockDataKit uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location, and general website engagement. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals, and we do not send the synthetic profile values you generate to Google Analytics.
Downloads and clipboard
Files you download and values you copy are controlled by your device and browser. You are responsible for handling exported test data appropriately.
Contact forms and messages
If you send a message through the contact page, the form provider processes the information you choose to submit so the project can receive and respond to it. Do not include passwords, real customer records, payment details, or other sensitive information in a support message.
Changes to this notice
Material changes to data collection or storage will be reflected on this page. If accounts, additional analytics, or server-side generation are introduced later, the relevant controls and explanations will be added before those features become active.
